CHOOSING THE RIGHT STRATEGY, CHANNELS AND VENDORS IS THE KEY TO SAVING TIME AND MONEY

There are a multitude of channels to utilize in the dual online and offline worlds to become more known and build a following. Just due to the sheer expertise involved in effectively utilizing each “silo” of publicity, online PR, writing, etc, few can employ every channel simultaneously. By layering your campaign so each step builds build upon the other, you’re not “splattered” trying to be everywhere at once.

Your campaign begins by meeting with Martha, sometimes several times. The objective is to isolate your objectives clearly and sketch a roadmap to achieving these.

Martha will submit a plan to achieve these objectives which may or may not require tweaking in order to thoroughly parallel your objective with your budget.

When it’s time to get the campaign executed, Martha’s network of professionals will be selected for outsourcing — each one under Martha’s management. You save the trial and error of finding the “right person” or the right company for each phase of your campaign. This alone can save tens of thousands of dollars.

The copywriting portion of each project normally is done by Martha.

There are Four Steps to Implementation:

1. RESEARCH. Gain a a thorough understanding of who you are, your message your objectives, your competition and the environment we are marketing into;
2. MESSAGE. Identify the correct markets and appropriate messages — at least to start. Truth be told, as we interact with your clientele, the messages should become more targetted.
3. MECHANICS. Once the first two steps are complete, we can best identify the channels that are correct for you. This is where we select from publicity tools, online marketing and PR, social media and publishing. We even have a website/blog crew that can get you set up pretty quickly with a customized blog.
4. EXECUTION. We assemble the experts we’ll need to execute each phase of your campaign. One may be in-house, another may be a company or freelancer. We know who’s good at what, so you’re not having to first find vendors for every need and then see if they can really do what they say.

We utilize either our experts at Online Offline PR or hand-selected vendors with proven expertise in niche areas. Our sister publishing company, Foghorn Communications, was established to publish the non-fiction works of our clients. This includes books, e-books, special reports and white papers.

One benefit of working with a company that accesses a pool of professionals from niche disciplines is that we can execute any phase of a campaign. We don’t need to steer you into any particular service.

A minimum campaign length is three months and $4996. This is a STARTUP LAUNCH that gets you Steps 1-4 above, with select services from step 4. For example, if we decide your best first approach is with Talk Radio, we’ll get you your first 10 shows appropriate for your message. This is very custom PR. Or, you may decide you need to set up a blog, find your blog voice and get yourself found in the search engines. If you did nothing else but this you would walk away with a written, clearly defined strategic plan to execute, your key messages articulated in writing so that you can utilize them anywhere, initial exposure that makes sense based on where you’re at right now, and three months of coaching with insights that will save you money.

You can take a more aggressive STARTUP LAUNCH approach and include more services. These will be quoted once your strategy is in place and are typically never more than you would find anywhere else and often less. If we outsource to a vendor for your service, you are never charged more than if you went to that vendor direct. The difference is that we know what each vendor does best.
